A ninja is most likely to win. The ninja were created as a counter-measure for the samurai warriors. Samurai lived and fought by codes of honour, while ninja's played dirty, sneaky and did not give much about honour, only about survival. They weren't as restricted as the samurai, thus having more methods of attacking and killing at their disposal.
