Superman Vs. Omega Red

What do you think? Will supes be soo fast that OMega won't be able to leech his life (and possibly his phenomenal strength!!) or are his reflexes with those tentacles fast enough to make him a threat? Will his parasitic abilities work on superman? Will Burt Reynolds be cast as Magneto on X-men 4: the X-oning? Don't forget about omega's superhuman durability and healing factor...
