Here's my moment: Joker almost escaping from GCDP in Gotham Central #15. He has been beaten by that cop he strangles for the past three hours when he has tried to get the location of the bomb Joker has set up. And Joker took it all willingly, then escaped. What an bastard. He got shot in back, otherwise he would have escaped.
It was pretty cool during the twelve storyline where they were all getting the butts handed to them by wolverine/death and wolverine turned out to be a skrull imposter. It was cool cos Xavier knew the truth all along.
this is a badass moment, I think its Mr. Sinister and he says something like Professor, meet your greatest weakness (or enemy I cant remember) STAIRS!!
