Dv, Day of vengeance spectre, when he was running around crazy in dc, he was pretty powerful from my point of view, but, thats from a supes and lord of order point of view, dunno if he was powerful enough to take the phoenix at that time.
yeah right LT would die like the rest of them his feats are insignificant next to spectre and when you put joker in there he'd probably do some insane things he'd probably grow to a million miles long and then step foot int he MU and say hay i steped on a three faced bug........yup im bashing LT i just hate how they say he's omnipatent when ive seen him lose badly in a comic i own he's a loser he's only a little above eternity not much if you go by feats..................meh joker cleans the gauntlet if PF is indeed megaversal she would win perhaps less joker got most of the power of the presence.
Phoenix should be last.....And i'm not saying he can beat her. Not saying he can't, but not saying he can. When Emp.Joker did his stuff, did he actually manipulate the Endless, Death?? Did his power reach that high??
If not, nothings a given.
