Assuming that he fights to the best of his ability (which he may not do frequently in comics,) Surfer shouldn't have that much of a problem.

He's at his best 9/10 I say 9 cause sometimes he's bs's I gave the girls prep mainly for Circe, Raven and WW because really and truly I can only see them doing anything beneficial with it.

Disregarding his massive speed advantage Starfire, Power Girl and Donna Troy are the only ones who could do no damage at all. Circe, Maxima and Barda's Mega Rod can bring the pain.
