How do I add a virtual CD/ DVD?

sorry if this has been asked already but how do you add a new virtual cd/ dvd drive to your hard drive

I'm trying to put a dvd onto my hard drive and I'm trying to follow these instructions that use DVD Dycryptor

I have a PowerDVD . if that helps at all

anyways... can anyone help?
