 Punisher vs The Lizard

Fight in a large crowded warehouse.

Punisher gets the following (all weapons are fully loaded with one extra clip of ammo for reload):
kevlar vest
2 large combat knifes
2 brass knuckles
2 handguns with laser sights
1 steel katana
1 shotgun
1 semiautomatic rifle with grenade launcher attachment
1 flash grenade, 1 tear gas grenade, and 2 frag grenates
Max - the rottweiler

exactly. knowing Lizard can already regenerate fairly quick enough PLUS he has a body of brute strength
