If nefaria is at his peak, ie empowered by other ionic beings, he's the kind of beast that puts down thor...

also cyclops new potential hasn't been fully shown yet...

the count would win a vast majority if he had power sources like wonderman...

without it.. i think he'd still pull a slight majority.
