Would he be able to do this?

while bart allen was growing up, he grew to an extraordinary rate. in a matter of three years, he aged ten. so wally west zapped his cells and molecules enough to stop the rapid growth, which then made him grow at a regular rate.

do you think he would be able to zap someone into growing or aging at an increased rate?

(wally west I mean)
for instance, if he were fighting some super villian, would he be able to zap him into aging into a senior citizen in a matter of seconds??

what do you think

Hell no, ur talking about cellular manipulation and Flash has never shown such abilities any other time or consistantly. PIS

Now could he create a time field in which a person appears to age rapidly relative to the normal flow of time? Hmmmmm....
