Aquaman/Namor crossover. It's lready happened...
Well, sort of...
In 1971 issue #56 of the Aquaman series ended with a cliffhanger of Arthur blowing up a satellite to save Detroit. The issue ends like this:

It was originally supposed to be followed up, but the Aquaman series went on hiatus for a good 6 years, and Aquaman went back to starring in Adventure Comics.
But, Skeates did get to write a follow-up to the story regardless, it just happens in a different universe...
"And in 1974, Skeates penned a direct sequel (complete with a shot of an unidentified Aquaman's finger on the destruct button) that dealt with the consequences of the satellite crashing to Earth. The star of this particular story was Aquaman's Marvel Comics counterpart, Prince Namor, and the episode appeared in SUB-MARINER #72, itself the final issue of the run!"

So there you have it, a Namor/Aquaman crossover.
