Starhawk is the Son of Quasar and the female Adam Warlock known as "Her"
He can control light and use it as a weapon.
He has enchanced strength.
he can fly at great speeds and survive in space.
He has an extreme level of cosmic awerness and he can fire destructive blasts of energy and poseses the powers of the "Hawk God" a celestial being who is just below Eternity in power. (This is covered in Guardians of the Galaxy #50-62)
He almost single handedly took out Korvac and stalemated Thor and Dormammu and Loki.
There is 3 forms of Starhawk
Starhawk
Starhawk Megred (He can fuse with his sister/wife Aleta to greatly increase his power)
Avatar Starhawk (He is in full access to all of his powers and those of the Hawk God and can enter the White Room the way the Phoenix Force can) Aleta using this power defeated the Uni-power.
