Namor feats:

quote:
IIn the water Namor has proven to be stronger than the Hulk. This culminated in Hulk vol.1 #118. Namor soundly defeated the Hulk, by knockout, in a huge underwater collision. Hulk was knocked from Atlantis all the way to the mainland shore where he laid unconscious and then reverted back to Banner. Namor was rocked but never lost consciousness. Off the top of my head these are some of Namor's best feats. In no particular order they are:
1)Namor carried a 50 ton anchor, with one arm while flying in the air.

2)Namor lifted a huge portion of an undersea mountain that Orka's whales dropped on him.

3)Lifted an oil tanker that weighed in excess of 110,000 tons.

4)Lifted a sub-marine from the bottom of the sea and placed it safely on shore.

5)Lifted a 2,000 ton destroyer and slammed it into Attuma.

6)Namor can absorb millions of volts of electricity and use it as a weapon by throwing it at his opponents.

6)Namor can see and find invisible objects because he posseses the powers of the blind cave fish that has a radar sense.

7)Survived unharmed, in a fall from space after battling the Stalkers.

8)Namor took a direct head shot from Thor's hammer which only made him madder.

9)Was only minorly stunned when Krang's fision bomb exploded while Namor was holding it. This is equivalent to a small nuke.

10)Namor drilled through miles of sea rock by spinning his body at tremendous speed.

11)Namor has created great tidal waves. In one TTA #100 he wiped out an entire island and the Hulk along with it.

12) While being held by Magneto's power Namor slammed his fists so hard to the ground that the earth quaked for hundred's of miles.
1
3) Namor, as are all Atlanteas, is totally impervious to the affects of radiation.

These are just a few that come to mind. There are many more. Remember, Namor only uses his natural birthed hybrid strength. He needs no cosmic or gamma rays, no armor, no weapons or hammers. It's just his Atlantean-human blood, muscle, and bone!

Thing: fought like 100 evil versions of himself at the same time and survived.
- (ultimate): ripped one of Annihilus' wings off like it was paper.
- has held his own against the Hulk countless times.

Colossus (ultimate): stopped a moving train dead on its tracks.
- (ultimate): Overcame Magneto's hold on him.

Hercules: held Manhattan.

Juggernaut: knocked out the Thing in 3 hits.
- knocked out Colossus in one hit.
- punched through dimensional barriers.

Wonder Man: held his own against like 20 Ultron clones at once.
- has held his own against beings like Gladiator + Hyperion.

Namor: what Darkcrawler said.

Gladiator: lifted up the entire Baxter Building.
- has boasted to be able to move planets out of orbit.

Hulk: held a mountain.
- shattered a meteor in one punch.
- has held his own against Thor countless times.

You should add Damage into there...

He's done a few badass things, off the top of my head;

- Destroyed Metallo with one shot
- K.O.ed gorilla grodd in three shots from normal power
- Channel enough energy to power Savage's base for three years

Thor:
-Absorbed Magneto's sheild, rendering him defenseless.
-Produced planet-shaking blasts of power.
-Tested his invulnerability by having a Cobalt Bomb explode next to him.
-Resisted the Gravity of a Neutron Star.
-Paid an uninvited visit to Atum in the Sun's core.
-Broke through wrap-around cables made of an alloy of Adamantium.
-Lifted and balanced a 40 plus story Building along with Cranes on top of the Building.
-Lifted the Midgard Serpent which girds the entire Earth and holds the Ocean in place.
-Shook the planet Pangoria without even hitting the surface of the planet (the Celestial Exitar took the hit).

Those are the most impressive I pulled of after skimming the list if ound on this page: http://www.comicboards.com/thor/vie...306&q=oliva

Top of my head for Hercules/Herakles:

In a armwrestling with Thor, the mountain plateau where theyr doing the contest is totally destroyed. They also generate enough pressure to knock a planet out of orbit.

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...ules/Thorvs.jpg

Hercules drags Manhattan:

http://www.comicboards.com/comicbat...&q=Hercules

Fights evenly against Hulk. Strenght feat related - catches a huge boulder trown by the Hulk - and the later proceeded to shatter it.

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...ory2page06-.jpg

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2.../Herc-Hulk2.jpg

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...ory2page09-.jpg

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...ory2page10-.jpg

Lifts and trows Classic Godzilla of his feet. The text states the pressure to stop angel from being killed was tremendous. Note that in the same story Herc with his bare hands helds the structure of the bridge, dont have scans of that part if someone does...

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...c-Godzilla1.jpg
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...c-Godzilla2.jpg

In a twelve labours flasback, hes shown to helding the earth on his back. take it as a more mytological feat, because thats what it is:

http://www.marvunapp.com/Appendix/atlastitan1.jpg

In a fight against the Thing, they are show to be hurling with no strain Building or at least building parts against each other:

http://www.comicboards.com/comicbat...rd=050711234239

Combar showings examples now :

A combat feat example. matching strengh and weapons with Thor:

http://img8.imageshack.us/img8/5116/image11gs.gif

Stalemating Nova, the herald and appearantly gaining the advantage:

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2.../Herc-Nova2.jpg
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2.../Herc-Nova3.jpg

He later beds her so he definatly had the advantage.

While Mortal makes Hulk go down in some shots due to his wrestling skills:

Humbles Firelord ( note Eros expression there ) :

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...c-Firelord1.jpg
http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...c-Firelord2.jpg

Hercules and other heroes attack Galactus in another dimension and while hes in hunger. Still a good combat feat :

http://www.comicboards.com/comicbat...5147&q=scan

Matches Mindless Hulk :

http://img235.echo.cx/img235/1092/avengersih316i7he.jpg

Herc is a team wrecker too :

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...rbolts22p04.jpg

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...rbolts22p05.jpg

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...rbolts22p06.jpg

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...rbolts22p16.jpg

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...rbolts22p17.jpg

http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y2...rbolts22p18.jpg

Theres more that comes in my mind, altho i dont have scans of it. The recent ko with one shot of Abomination by Hercules. Hercules beating what looked like hundred od dire whraits ( where Wasp makes the reference about him being the strongest avenger ever ) and against Growing Man.

Also is battle with Namor are up there. Another great feat was Herc alone punking Terminus during Sterns run, punching Beyonder all the way to building they wer in, in the same run and survived being blasted by the same trow a mountain. ( at least looked like Herc was blasted ). he got up with no damage done.

More feats for Herc that i dont have scans for:

. Knocked Abomination out with one shot.

. In the same mini drags with a big chain ( damn the guy has to love chains ) a Shield`s hellycarrier.

. Early on in one of his first appearances at Marvel, goes against a clone of Dragon Man and wins.

. Stalemated with Namor at his best and Thor in theyr respective battles.

. Punks Terminus and alone rips his armour apart with his hands. Terminus is left to die in the Savage Land.

. Punks an army of Dire Whraits. Is at this moment that Wasp makes the refence of Herc being probably the strongest avenger ever.

. In the same storyline punks and knocks out an old enemy of Thor, the Growing Man.

. Again same storyline, its shown to alone overload a force field that was containing the avengers and a Kang time clone.

. Defeats the Wrecking Crew and destroies theyr weapons with his bare hands. Pro-Avengers Siege.

. While Mortal together with Destroyer goes against without weapons the whole army of the Dark Gods.

. Again while mortal together with Thor is the last avenger helding is own against 4 of the exemplars. Those arent enought and eventually the whole exemplars crew attacks the duo. Impressive showing.

. Punches Pre recton Beyonder up the building they wer in, creating alot of damage. He is after that blasted trough/to a Mountain and its seen getting up with no damage albeigh amazed by his opponents power.

. Takes shots from Mactherson`s Thors hammer in the back of his head and gets up to overpower him, and succedes. Harras run in the Avengers.

. As a final note, if i recall correctly the bridge that Herc helds in the godzilla story is the Manhattan one. If someone has a scan id appreciatte.

Thats all for now.

Lets not get carried away here. Hulk braced a mountain, he never held it up. Big difference. Just like any one of us could brace a sofa on our backs but theres no way we could lift and hold it upright above our heads. Hulk said he was bracing it he said he had leverage on it. He was not supporting the weight of an entire mountain. Come on guys just think about it.

I though it was pretty much known that he braced it, he didnt lifted it. And it wasent the whole mountain thing either but a part of it.

"and has destroyed a moon with one punch"

An asteroid not the moon.

I think the by far best feat ever is either Hercules holding up the EARTH to give Atlas a break or Trion Juggernaut PUNCHING through dimensional barriers.

Hercules holding up the earth doesn't make any sense. What force was he acting against to hold up the Earth?

Trion Juggernaut could punch through dimensional barriers because of his magical properties.

Actually the weight of the mountain was 150 billion tons and the asteroid he destroyed was 2 times larger than the earth.

The smarta$$ answer would be the same way Atlas was holding the earth before him. Hercules for all porpuses its a magical creature as well.

Or mythic, whatever.

"I want the feats that no one has heard of"

Easy, there. We have to hear about them first before we post wink
