In a few weeks, this will be followed by a Death’s Head II respect thread and also a “Family Tree” thread that includes Death’s Head, DHII, Death Wreck, Death Metal, and DH 3.0
Origin This back story is told years later via a computer that had recorded Death’s Head’s entire life. DHII is watching it to learn about the original.
His “standard weapons” include a blade attachment for his arm, and an assortment of swords, maces, and other weapons in a backpack-looking thing. The rest here are more exotic weaponry.
Transformers, yes?
Let’s start with some of Death’s Head’s Transformers appearances. I have no idea if this would be considered Marvel canon or not, but he has essentially the same power set and skills as he does in the Marvel universe, only he’s enlarged to be the same size as the Transformers.
I’d like to give credit for these to the person who made the respect thread on the Hero Chat forums. http://herochat.com/phpBB2/viewtopi...asc&start=0
The Marvel stuff is all mine, but I borrowed these Transformers fights from that thread.
Basically, it’s a lot of Death’s Head whupping the hell out of Transformers. They’re afraid of him. Keep in mind, he was enlarged to Transformer-size for these fights. He got shrunk down before making the switch to Marvel.

...I'll be honest and say this makes little to no sense, given his normal power set and the fact that he's never shown anything remotely close to such powers other than this instance. But it happened, so meh.
This is a fun battle from a “What If?” comic (What If…? # 54). In this scenario, the original Death’s Head lives and Minion ends up becoming Charnel, originally a DHII villian. The fight is between the two. And considering how powerful Minion is to begin with, and also how powerful Charnel is, it’s a great feat for Death’s Head (though not in continuity).
He only wins via plot device (Minion had assimilated 616 Reed Richards, and DH uses that to his advantage) but it’s still an amusing fight.
"A guy named Galvatron" .. ... Galvatron is about the hardest Transformer (of normal size) there ever was (apart from Grimlock ... IMO)
And even though it is a monster feat to hurt him that much, it should be noted that, on the next panel, Galvatron rips his arm off and beats the shit out of him.
Still respect worthy though.

Yeah, the list of people Galvatron has pwned is long and impressive, the list of people who have beaten him in his prime is virtually nonexistent ... and out of those I don't think anyone beat him without help (except for Rodimus Prime that one time in the movie)
There's a great one I want to post sometime soon....he's travleing time with this insanely crappy-looking backpack time machine. He time-jumps and the sound effects go:
"POOT!"
DH's reply:
"Poot?! Some time machine you are, yes?"
...
...I just found it priceless that he responded to a sound effect word.
