If you met someone who looked a lot like you...

...what would you do?

I mean this person is about the same height as you and same facial features with only a few differences. They can have different hair colors and every thing, but you look into their face and you see yourself staring back.

What would you seriously do?

My joking answer would be to compliment him on his exquisite looks.
