 Spider-Man vs Punisher

Alright Punisher after Spider-Man again but Spider-Man has got his strength and speed boosted. The fight is at nigh in Sin City. Two senarios 1st No Spider-Sense 2nd He has his Spider-Sense.

I see, in that case Spiderman loses in the 1st scenario since Punisher can snipe him out, and in the second scenario spiderman S***stomps punisher.
