All of that is countered by his encounter with Ultron? Really.
This has been done already.
Thor wins as it was proven that Sentry is very weak against physical blows (he has weak physical durability). A powerful hammer blow should either splatter Sentry's brain or at least KO him.
I choose Thor...mostly cause I've never liked Sentry.
But also cause he has a history of defeating guys more powerful than him, (and it's not even 100% clear just how powerful Sentry is...but I'm more than certain the God of Thunder can take him).
