Brains, brawn doesn't help a lot in anything, with brains you can get a good job, get through school easy. Though in a fight anyone who says they'd take brains is an idiot.

I do resort to violence, only if I'm hit first, but before that I'll always try and talk it out, it doesn't take very much brains at all. All it requires is an understanding of how people react to certain vocabulary etc.
