Always looking for challenges, the Lone Wolf Terry Bogard hears a rumor that the Legendary Soldier Nash is in Southtown. Eager to test his mettle, Terry insist request a match from Nash who's on official business in a joint operation with Interpol.
Nash agree's on the condition that Terry comes in for questioning regarding Geese.
The fight Takes place in the heart of South Town at 6:00 P.M.

If you mean what are his achievements non-gameplay ways:
-He's the previous U.S. Martial Arts Champion prior to Ken
-Creator of the Sonic Boom and Flash Kick [Note: The Sonic Boom is litterally faster than sound]
-He's Famous in the military

nash's feats? 
aside from the ones emp mentioned, i can't think of any. managed to battle SFA3 bison long enough to keep him occupied while the base blew up. that stands for something.
which terry is it going to be emp? garou or regular?

regular terry would be harder but he'd still beat nash.
nash should've lived and guile should've been killed. guile sux infront of nash.
