 Question Star Wars meets Doctor Who?

Such an interesting concept....yet no one bothers with it. Any ideas how this could happen? Anyone?

How is easy. It takes place a long time ago, so the Doc just goes there.

Why is a much harder question, as in 'why do it'? It's just not suitable crossover material.

Star Trek and Star Wars wouldn't either. But why do any crossover material? Clash a couple of medicore things and you don't get Keira Knightley y'know.
