It's not even worth talking about anybody up until 4 since they're all essentially meta-level.
4, Hyperion, is easy win due to magic weakness.
3, Carol, is a bulldozing.
2, Thor, is Billy blitzing the shit out of him. Minus speed, it would be a hard fought fight as Captain Marvel has a combination of absurd durability and potent output.
1, Hulk, lol. Billy plays ping pong with him.
