 Cap & Winter Soldier vs. Batman & Spidey Tag Team

Winter Soldier (no weapons) and Cap (no shield) vs. Spider-Man (without webbing and spider-sense) + Batman without the belt in a tag team wrestling match.

Only way to win is via submission or pinfall. Who wins?

Oh, special guest ref : Wolverine.
