Who gets the cockstroke?

Here, please tell us who, in your opinion, is most deserving of the next wide-spanning cockstroke event and why. For what should be wholly obvious reasons "Black Adam" and "Hulk" are unacceptable answers.

He's a very good villain concept, IMO of course, but has been turned into a joke. A mini turning him into a serious threat (maybe a slight speed and strength amp to start with) would be really cool.

Elders of the Universe

On a certain level they need feats so that it's possible to see where they actually rank in cosmic terms nowadays. But they also need development, just because they are defined by their obsessions doesn't mean they can't have personalities. Bringing them together for an Annihilation type event would have to be handled carefully but I think that it could be done very well (and put some heralds and such in their place, lol)

I'd personally go with Black Bolt. After the disaster of Bendis's retcon, most of his feats got tossed out. He needs a big event to re-establish himself as an uber badass.
