X-Men movie supers vs movie badasses: One against many

Round 1: Movie Magneto (with his helmet and armor)
The fight takes place at the train station in the first X-Men movie. Magneto is standing right in front of the stopped train with the heroes facing him. (The train's controls are removed) Magneto is fighting:
MCU fighters (Captain America, Black Widow, Red Skull, Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, Daredevil, Gladiator, Kingpin, one Ultron footsoldier bot, one Chitauri fighter)

The fight begins with the team facing Magneto, and everybody is visible in the beginning of the fight
Public knowledge of each other from their verses (ala known to several people)
Everybody has their standard gear, but no blasters or energy Weapons (the Dredds can have their Lawgivers)
No participant will cares about one guy looking like the other
Both sides are bloodlusted and wants to annihilate the other
Feats from all movies and episodes
The mechanical beings are at full power and charged
Everyone gets 2 9mms (in addition to their standard gear)
Round 2: X3 Jean Grey (Phoenix). Just put her in Magneto's place in the first round. All stipulations are same

When did Gladiator appear in the MCU? Also why the hell is Xander from Buffy here?

Also you feel the character Bruce Willis played in the Fifth Element counts as a "movie bad ass" ?

Both Magneto and Phoenix die horribly, even if you put them together.

Well you have things in here like Xenomorphs that have no metal to control and can sneak up on Mags while he's trying to stop bullets and avoid getting his face kicked off and just stab him in the back. It's a crazy scenario
