Superman v. Majestic itself is a good fight. Bats is useless. Diana can hinder Majestros, giving Supes a clear win in this fight.
Majestic's lone trump on Kal might be his speed and fighting skill, and even that is questionable (though I'd say yes, personally). The big guy still has better strength and durability feats.

Hmm thousands of years of training, him having better hand to hand skills isn't even questionable, the ability to move planets under his own power and rearranging the solar system and moving and fighting at many times light speed? I definately give this to Majestic. Wonder Woman with her more comparable skill and and combat training, I'd think she'd likely have a better chance against Majestic that Superman who'd look like a bumbling idiot in comparison to these two warriors. And before anyone comments on Diana also losing to a bloodlusted Clark...the pis honestly. A character with strength, speed and blunt force durability just slighty below Superman's but with far superior combat prowess and combat reaction times should beat him more often than not. It's just DC doesn't want their crown jewel being beaten by a woman to put it bluntly.

Strength? How about moving all of the planets in the solar system, as well as catching and redirecting a comet, as well as casually moving around the largest asteroids in the asteroid belt (most of which are made purely of iron ore...meaning they're friggin' heavy.)
That right there trumps all of Superman's strength feats. And if that wasn't enough, how about him pushing a supermassive star from a different solar system into our own?
As you can see in the scan, he's also sheering part of the star apart with his "laser vision." That's more powerful than anything Superman's done with his HV. So he has him beat in that department, too. But not only is it physically destructive, it can be used to alter the entire chemical composition at a 'pre-atomic' level of Jupiter, a planet over 300 times larger than Earth, nearly instantly:
He basically made Erads into a sentient version of Starman's suit. And it took three Braniacs, 31st century alien tech, and who knows how many hours or days of prep for them to do that. That puts Majestic's intelligence and thought processing well above Superman or Braniac. And if that didn't convince ya, how about out-thinking a Kherabium-tech planet shaper sentient computer (more advanced than Kryptonian tech) for two and a half months straight while he was dying the entire time?
You also said Superman had him easily beat in speed? Absurd. Like Superman, Majestic's so fast he basically appears to be in four different places on Earth at the same time (1), sustained FTL speeds for four straight months without stopping (2-3), was so fast that he appeared to be everywhere at once (4), and has on-panel nanosecond H2H speed (5).
Clearly speed won't be an issue. And scan #4 also shows off his considerable resistance to magic, so Diana's gear won't be any trouble, either.
I can't believe you'd question Majestic's combat advantage over Supes...he's a freakin' Kheran Warlord with thousands of years of combat experience. He can strike nerve centers and pressure points (1), and read his opponents punches at superspeed (2), and has fought off and defeated three pure-blood Kheran assassins from the Skein guild at once, the deadliest assassins in the WS universe (3):

Lol. But to make it more fun, here are some fun facts:
mass of the sun = 1.98892 × 10^30 kilograms
mass of Earth = 5.9742 × 10^24 kilograms
Basically, the mass of the sun is approximately 300000 times the mass of Earth. And the sun is a medium sized star, stars can be much much bigger. So, based on our sun, if Majestic pushed the sun then he (by retarded and biased application of physics in comics) trumps Superman's pushing/pulling feat by a factor of 300k.
But then again, I believe it's simply retarded to use real world physics in comics.
