LOL! We had this battle a while back.

I support Storm in this one though its a good fight. Sersi's only hope here is to take Storm out at the very first split second of the battle. Conversely, it is possible for Ororo to do the same to Sersi. I'd say for the first split second, maybe a 50/50. If the fight goes on longer than that, Storm wins.

Sersi is limited by volume as to what she can affect with her transmutation abilities. This is a weakness that Storm is well equipped to take advantage of.

But Storm uses her powerful winds to debuff Sersis attacks, than lightning into the brain. All under a second, because Storm uses her powerful winds again to make her faster than light speed.
