I'll go with Team Thanos, though I strongly believe that outside of prep, he's the only one worth anything.

Darkseid/Spawn and Doom are respective weak links, but I don't think the Doctor's can do enough in a day.

I don't know about this fight but considering team 2 is heavy on the magic, I would imagine it would be on par with tech or (cosmic/omega energy or whatever you want to call it) that Thanos and DS can muster.

not sure... Giving unlimited power to fate and strange can be quite deadly.

...In all seriousness, I think Team One wins. Spawn isn't even really needed, unless Darkseid or Thanos wants to use him as a live shield. OE and Power Cosmic FTW.
