depends which luke and anakin you mean?

1. ANH luke would lose against any anakin, apart from mabme TPM anakin.

2. TESB might fare well against AotC anakin, maybe

3. RotJ luke would put up a good fight against RofS anakin, but would die i recon.

I think you really overestimate the OT Luke. RotJ Luke would have a lot of trouble with AotC Anakin.
