Following the success of JJ Abrahms Star Trek. Hollywood has inlisted their other Geek Directors to relaunch/reboot the other four Star Trek series into movie franchises. (Enterprise can go to hell)

It is with this fantasay in mind that I bring you

Joss Whedon's Star Trek The Next Generation

Aaron Sorkin's Star Trek Deep Space Nine (Directed by Tommy Schlamme)

and

Kevin Smith's Star Trek Voyager

If they reimagine Voyager, i'd like them to do it in a way that doesn't require neutering the male characters just to make the female ones look good...

DS9 was able to do it, so its not impossible.
