Sarutobi Hizuren, and Hashirama Senjuu - Two of the five Hokages

Sarutobi is in his prime so he won't tire so easily.

I'm going to say the hokages. I can't see them having a hard time with Shido. But Kazuki might pose a small problem.

Other than that, the Hokage's techs are so grand scale they would be tough for the Volts to put down.
