I would believe this would be a much better fight than people have been leading on.
Nightwing is also an experienced gymnast and spent several years of his youth in the circus. He is considered to be the greatest acrobat in the DC universe. Along with skills with gadgetry and martial arts, Nightwing is exceedingly intelligent. He uses his detective skills and tactics to out think physically superior opponents.
The Doppelganger possesses Spider-Man's strength, speed, wall-climbing abilities, and spider-sense, and also has six arms, claws, fangs, and the ability to produce its own razor-edged webbing.
The Doppelganger's abilities are very similar to those of Spider-Man's, including superhuman strength, agility, stamina, reflexes, and speed. It can also stick to walls and shoot razor-sharp webbing from the palms of its hands. It has 2 extra sets of arms, each hand possessing hardened talons that can tear through human tissue. The Spider-Doppelganger is physically stronger than Spider-Man, though the exact limit of his strength unknown. It is noticeably unintelligent, seemingly limited to animal instinct, although it was capable of following instructions from its 'mother' Shriek. Its body was also somewhat malleable and could form different shapes, although this attribute was not seen in its appearances in Maximum Carnage.
Doppelganger needs to be brought back and given intelligence.
The High Evolutionary could fix that and possibly give him a few new powers and abilities.
If Mr Dopple has Pete's intelligence then NW would be the fly in the web but Dopple's more retarded than a 4x4 so nightwing could probably win but there's still a chance that Dopple could pull out a win
