It's some guy named Reita from some J-Rock band named Gazette. They originally had it planned to go as the group, and they needed somebody to go as him, and I was picked. So I was just like whatever I'll do it..Started getting the stuff to go and they decided not to do it. But since I have the stuff mostly I just decided continue with it.
