I'd establish a system that doesn't require someone to sign a ticket when they are pulled over...
The police already have their information, up the charge and leave them alone.
More specifically, the Canadian police forces recently revamped their taser policy, because an old man was tasered and killed in an airport and the inquiry found that the police use tasers essentially as opposed to proper police work, as was seen above. Tasers are LETHAL. Put the ***** in cuffs and drive her to the station, if she is really breaking the law, which she ****ing wasn't.
Not signing a ticket, ya, balls to that.

He wasn't necessarily out of line I think he was a bit of a dick when he shoved her and yelled at her instead of letting her sign the ticket, as he apparently actually wanted. Still, not as much an issue like the "don't tase me bro" kid who got tased for no reason. Tasing her might have been the worse course of action though, I mean she is 72 years old and tasers are potentially lethal.

when in uniform you dont push or scream, you use a strong confident voice, you dont argue or offer ultimatums, "mam i am placing you under arrest if you resist i will use force". "F^%$ U pig!!" you then use physical force to grab her arm and twist it behind her back placing the heel of your foot behing her knee guiding her to the ground and then handcuffing her if she resist you twist her wrist near snapping point till she gives you her other hand. it really is that simple.
if that were me in that video my officers would have taken away my rank and placed me in a fat body program and non req me for 6 months.

look here mister my way saves professionalism and respect toward the uniform and i have bn padded on the back by my superiors whenever i was on base security duty. besides i like to see that fat F#$@ pig try that in iraq or on an american base to a marine i guarantee you he be knocked out and later in trouble while the base gets locked down while looking for the marine who beat his ass.
