arrest tony for operating a vehicle/armor under the influence, public intoxication murder of a UN delegate. kidnapping the hulk false imprisonment, conspiracy with the illuminati. hell tony wont even get a chance to plot to take over the world with his court cases taking most of his time.
Stark only has SHIELD weaponry and some other military stuff.
Wayne has New God, Thanagarian, and Kryptonian tech and weapons.
Also has connections w/ dozens of superhero teams and the GL Corps.
Stark, gotta say this but he wins via actual feats. He has mad goverment connections. If we want to go through the route who has cooler tech and toys and what not. Tony has the reality gem last i checked... so yeah.... Stark 10/10 in a stomp.
Well actually Tony's Starktech has pretty feats, see being able to channel the power of the Odin Force in the Thor Buster armor, and also connection-wise Tony has worked before with Reed Richards and Dr. Doom, so I wouldn't count him out so easy.

I meant only to clarify a statement. I do not believe Superman is a million times stronger than Thor. I do not see how anyone in their right mind could think so.
