there's a saying that goes: "it's not the size of the dog in a fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog that counts"

also it can come down to fighting skills more than size and brute strength.

both are street fighters, either aren't very clever. rocky's got crazy endurace and spirit while balrog's has more of an fighter attitude than clubber lang does.

hm..i'm gonna toss up a coin now. H-Rocky, T-Balrog..

Balrog wins.
