Nayru created time, much like highfather did. She created law, physics, the things that hold the universe together. Din created the canvas, Nayru painted the background, and Farore gave it characters.

More then likely he was the inspiration for Highfather. The titans themselves and the Pantheon seems to me, to in large part being created from Greek mythology.
