Hanna is older, physically enhanced and at least as well trained (probably better), she'll cream Hit-girl H2H. She was also good with guns but I feel Hit-girl was simply more impressive. That's mostly because of movie's over-the-top tone.

Hanna. She's better in hand-to-hand and is stealthier and more agile. Gunplay skills are about equal. Hit-Girl would come in guns blazing but Hanna wouldn't let her get a clear shot.

erm .I don't recall Hanna with that many gunplay feats. and Hit-Girl is insanely proficient with her weapon
