KMC Forums - USNC vs The Dominion

Since both are featured in books hopefully the moderator allows this.

Backstory: The Dominion discover an alternate Earth where the Federation does not exist. But instead they find the USNC. The UNSC and the Covenant aren't fighting, but rather signed a non-agression pact. The Dominion figures the UNSC cannot put up much of a fight, so the attack Reach first. They land 15,000 Jem'Hadar and capture Reach.
The UNSC counterattacks with 5,000 Spartan-II, 3,000 ODST and 7,000 marines. The Spartan-IIs are led by Master Chief.

Both sides are armed with their standard weapons except the Dominion does not get to use their fleet. Same with the UNSC [fleet].

Does the UNSC prevent the Dominion from victory?
