Heroic Age: Villains/Superheroes

I know this comics were pretty much toned down Handbooks to the Marvel Universe, but maybe you wanted to discuss stuff about them and mesays "why not"?

Me for example, I wanted to point out that Kang is the only villain listed with a Multiversal threat level. That's right. Above the freaking Cancerverse and the Chaos King evil face

Punisher is more powerful than the likes of Paladin, Prince or Orphans or Wolverine?

Yeah right.

true, though I take it with a grain of salt. We have no idea what that power rating is basing it off of. In Fury files of Wolverine his power level is two levels higher.

Also is low scores better in vulnerability? thats what it seems to me.

I disagree. In fact he had no idea according to the bio what Frank had become so how could he be basing his powers off frankin ctasle?

You too.

It may be Frankencastle's power level after all. I know it doesn't make much sense since Steve had little to no idea about that form, but still... it's just a handbook.

Black Panther was 9. I believe it's so high because he was the king of Wakanda then and all...

Frank's power rating is 8 and Poo's one is 7.

If so that kinda indicates it has something to do with more than just simply powersets.

Yes, but Frank and BP are the only exceptions from that handbook I can think of right now.

Superhuman stats, if they are the main power that is, automatically guarantee 8lv in power.

really? I dident realize that.

how is vulnerability being measured? It seems to me that it how vulnerable to attacks each hero is. The more vulnerable you are the higher the rating.

It looks like that, I mean.

No idea, don't have the access to that book now so I can't check.
