Xavier. Not sure even classic Comet has what it takes to take down Xavier. KM?

Current is stronger then classic in telepathy. Classic could do this, so amplify it and then you have current comet

How is Current Comet more powerful in TP? I don't recall any feats from him.

Some believe that Xavier communicating with Lilandra across the Universe is due to the soul link they share. Well here's Xavier's psionic wave reaching the Sh'iar Empire before they even form that bond. Even Sh'iar telepaths feel it.

Colossus/Magneto was actually more CIS... hubris...
Xavier gathers the thoughts and feelings of the entire Skrull homeworld and transmits them into Galactus' mind.

There's one more from UXM #18 where he contacts the Stranger who is off exploring other worlds from Earth with no aid. I'll post it later...got to go.

Here you go, in the issue the Stranger was stated to be off exploring other worlds...so you can gauge that feat however you like:

And also Xavier at the moment is stronger then he's ever been too ever since being repowered by the M'Kraan crystal.

Oh those scans I posted of Comet are not his best telepathy feats, just a basis for his range.
Is Xavier stronger in telepathy? For sure, just what version of Comet makes it more a fight is all.

What's his best TP feat? I remember something involving a dimension, but can't remember.

I was going to ask about this, as I can certainly see someone having a huge range without necessarily the same raw sort of power.
for instance, I don't think Nate Grey has those type of range feats

Fair point, but we have seen Xavier go against Marvel earth's best telepaths and win.
Although....

I actually picked the X-Man example because in a weakened state, he sort of wtf stomps Xavier (who, admittedly is trying to talk, in astral form, etc etc, none the less, great Xman feat).
It probably holds for others like Sinister or Exodus, who have very high combat psi feats, but not range
/shrug, this seems entirely tangental from the thread, my bad

tbh, I know nothing about Captain Comet, was more speaking theoretically

Captain Comet is a beast. One of the first mutants, too.

Is this classic or current Xavier? Current is more powerful.
Current is stronger then classic in telepathy. Classic could do what ExodusCloak posted, so amplify it and then you have current Xavier.

Well they mention Beast conducting experiments on Charles restored telepathy. And since Charles and Nightcrawler seem to be aware of these experiments and infer it, I'd say it does hold some merit.

For sure, but it's not definitive as Xavier himself was unsure. Still, even if he is stronger (which is possible) I don't think by a huge margin.
