I don't know why some of you are going on about being right and winning. Rob and Impediment were in on this gag because I PMed them. Silent and Rao PMed me and figured I changed the post. I highly doubt anybody thought Quan made the post, but simply played along just for the lulz.
One character's powers include energy blasts/flight/strength/durability and the other character is Scott.

I don't think scott will let her go near for close combat and if she throws something at him he'll shoot through it. To me its more of who ever wears the other out with scott being more experienced with energy projectiles but starfire having her better durability.

doesn't matter cyclops can do damage to her. starfire is way faster than her. one starbolt and cyclops done. I don't think cyclops will have chance to fire one beam in this fight, and even he fires a beam, starfire is capable of dodge it, even if the beam hits her, it's very unlikely to ko her.
from the other side cyclops got zero defense to any starfire's attacks
starfire 10/10
Cyclops can also dodge attacks. and i forgot about her ability that she can do which she fires a huge blast that devastates a very large which will be the end of cyclops in the first few seconds so ill disable that in this fight.

Oh, right. If she's using normal blasts, he can dodge those. it's when she starts wiping out whole sections of the battlefield that he's in trouble (which will probably happen anyway).
starfire flew light-years in space before, she's really fast. you really think cyclops will react to her? dude got normal human reflex, starfire will just punch him in the face before he can do anything. even if he did manage to fire an optic blast she will just block it with her starbolt. then close up the distance and finish him physically
this is not really a fair fight no matter how you look at it.
