he destroys namor... spartan hangs with majestic in fights, even if he looses most of those encounters he is still strong and smart enough to take apart the king of atlantis. more so if he has access to replacement bodies.
his body repairs itself, he has energy projection [blasts/shields] and if i remember right also invisibility. nevermind the strength, speed and enhanced senses it takes to fight someone on majestics lvl and actually hold his own.

If it's the recent depictions of Spartan's adroid body then it's a better fight.
If it's the original from V1, I could see Namor winning.
