Tdkr-graphic Novel Question

The scene where Bruce & Clark meet on the grounds of Wayne Manor.
Clark's there to warn Bruce that he's not playing "quiet" as promised, then they reminisce about the plight of Diana, Hal, Green Arrow....

There's a monologue, "We must not remind them that giants walk this earth."

I could never figure out whether it's Bruce telling Clark or vice versa?

Every time I re-read the novel, the quote kinda works either way.

Opinions anyone?
