Seth Green is one of the stars in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and he also appeared in the Austin Powers movies, which make a number of Star Wars jokes.
Buffy the Vampire Slayer has vampires in it, and Christopher Lee has played Dracula, a vampire.
Sarah Michelle Gellar, the star of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, was in Cruel Intentions, which also starred Ryan Phillipe, who was once rumoured to play Anakin in Episode 2.

It's not the answer, I know, but if it's down to dialogue similarity than I can at least, in defence of my wretched inability to work this one out, point out that Luke's line in ANH about Han Solo getting himself killed through bravery is very similar to what Buffy says about Giles when he goes to kill Angel in series two.
I WILL get this one.
