The simple town of Bear Rock has had its fair share of hard times, but nothing like the Blood-moon gang, led by the wolf-kin Grath the Vicious. Grath was a greedy bastard who would stop at nothing to gain more wealth and power. He and his gang have plundered many towns, and Bear Rock was the most recent. Stripped down to nothing, the town despaired, for hey were no match for the Blood-moon gang’s superior laser weaponry. Then one day, another wolf-kin appears, claiming his home had also been destroyed by Grath’s greed. With a laser crossbow in hand he speaks to the people of Bear Rock, seeking allies, for he plans to kill Grath and remove the threat of the Blood-moon gang forever. The people admire his bravery, but how many of them will actually join him?
Planet Anthromorph is a barren, dry world of part human part animal beings, called animal-kin. You can be any animal mix, for example, wolf-kin bear-kin, goat-kin, rabbit-kin, horse-kin, etc. The setting is wild west, but with laser weaponry. The planet is rich with a special crystal. When mined, the crystal can be focused into a laser for short period of times, great for firearms and explosive devices.
Races
Races on planet Anthromorph vary greatly, but they all fall into certain groups.
Beast-kin - All mammal-like creatures. For example - wolf, bear, etc. The majority of beast-kin are settlers from a distant land, who's ancestors were trying to make a name for themselves on the new continent. They have made good use of the laser crystals that are abundant in the soil, creating lasers weapons and tools to help them survive this harsh land.
Reptile-kin - The natives of the continent. They are a shamanistic culture, divided into many tribes across the land. In ages past, beast-kin and reptile-kin waged war on each other, but in recent times, they have developed a grudging acceptance of one another. While not as big on technology as beast-kin, reptile-kin have their tricks and secrets. Ignorant people call it magic, but it is merely and understanding of nature and the way life works.
You can play as either racial group, but keep in mind their limitations.
Beast-kin are pro-technology, but aren't very spiritual.
Reptile-kin are pro-spiritual, but aren't very good with technology.
Note - instead of non-sentient mammals and reptiles, wildlife on planet Anthromorph is primarily insects, fish and birds of alien proportions (if you want giant insects, fish and birds, describe such) - none of which are sentient or playable racial groups.
Rules
1. No godmodding. You cannot have an overly powerful character, and you cannot kill or control other people’s characters without their permission.
2. No metagaming. Your character cannot have knowledge that is not available to them in-game, even if you as a player have that knowledge.
3. Only 1-2 characters per player MAX.
4. Character names need titles – For example, Grath the vicious, Rip the hunter (my character), etc.
5. No lightsabers. Lasers only work in short bursts.
6. Make your posts nice and easy to read. It doesn’t matter how long your posts are, as long as the message gets across clearly. Minor spelling and grammar mistakes are allowed, but only if they are mistakes.

When he finally matured and settled down, his chosen town was destroyed by Grath's gang, and its people either killed or scattered. Once just a hunter of wild animals, Rip is now hunting Grath and his followers, vowing revenge.

Bio At the age of 9 Kumar learned of his fathers job Kumador his father taught Kumar the basic structures of Smithing weapons of all kinds. Kumars family was famous for the construction of a sword made out of a Meteorite. Kumar's father before being a blacksmith was a powerful warrior in the war who used various weapons on his opponents he was known as Relentless Kumador. Though as years flew by The Relentless Kumador settled down and married a beautiful woman named Kin and had his son Kumar. Since his knowledge of weapons was still fresh he became a blacksmith and passed down his blacksmith talents and fighting talents to his son Kumar he even passed the meteorite sword to him in his passing. Now Kumar has a son Named Kuma who is now 16 who helps Kumar run the blacksmith workshop Kumar also fights off any Reptile-Kin in his village causing a stir.

profession - Shes a part time bar maid and a full time healer. She uses both reptile-kin and beast-kin methods of healing.
Bio - Melisande the Healer was born on a cold night as her parents traveled across the baren land. She was able to stand right away and walk, but the night air bit at her skin. Her mother and father were desperate to find shelter. They begged a tripe of reptile-kin to allow them shelter for the night, trading what good they had for a warm place to sleep. In the morning they moved on after thanking the reptile-kin. Her mother was a woman who practiced beast-kin medicine, but Melisande the Healer wanted to help both sides. So she learned reptile-kin medicine as well as beast-kin. She had since welcomed any and all kin who need her help into her home.

profession - he only works when his sister is bartending, he either performs stand-up comedy (usually doesn't go well) or helps deliver orders and hangs around to keep people company
Bio - he has no idea where he comes from or who his birth parents are, Melisande and her parents found him as a baby, left alone in a path on a rainy night. he was left in a basket with a blanket and a small red rod with decorative gold caps on each end. since he was just about the cutest baby ever witnessed they took him upon their backs and carried on, raising the mischievous monkey as they own son. it was very clear early on that he was going to be a handful for all. skip ahead many years and he's living with his sister and causing small pranks here in there.

Bio - Raised in a small village, Xaphan was trained to be a warrior at a young age but studied in his spare time. He was told he was destined to be a great soldier for the military, helping win wars and conquer new lands. But as he got older, Xaphan became more independent and hated his village. On the day of his 20th birthday, Xaphan slaughtered everyone in his village and burnt it down to make sure no one survived. With his rage another feeling emerged, a hunger for blood and death. So now Xaphan wanders the land, taking jobs that pay him to assassinate or brutally kill anyone, from innocent villagers to corrupt leaders.
