One Hit Wonders

Just wondering what everyone's favourite one hit wonder is?

I like a few: Meredith Brooks '*****', Dee-Lite 'Groove Is In The Heart', Jimmy Eat World 'The Middle', Tracy Bonham 'Mother Mother', The Proclaimers '500 Miles' etc.

What are your favourites?

hahaha...except of course that the proclaimers have been selling out large venues for the past 15 years and drew the biggest crowd and one of the UK's largest music festivals only 2 years ago

but yes...500 miles is probably their biggest song...but letter from america, sunshine on leith were also pretty big

as for my favourite one hit wonder...can you dig it by the mock turtles... stick out tongue

Nena ("99 Red Balloons") had ultiple other songs that are kind of well known too.
If you mean Soft Cell with "Tainted Love" they were rather famous in the UK too I beleive.
Right Said Fred also had other hits: "You are my mate", "Stand up for the champions" ...then again maybe they are jsut famous over here...

What does this Hit mean anyways? What is it judged by....after all did Radiohead have a real "Hit" yet? Maybe "Creep"...
