Albert Wesker vs. Spider-Man
Wesker from the Resident Evil videogames fights Spider-Man from the comics.
Two of these highly intellectual, super powered beings go at it when Peter finds out his new biological teacher is a bioterrorist.
Albert has everything from his inhuman abilities to his Beretta 92FS handgun.
Spider-Man has...well, you already know what he has.
Fight takes place at Peter Parker's school in one of the classrooms.
Will Wesker be no different from all the other baddies Spider-Man had beaten down in the past or will the wall crawler get a taste of complete, global, saturation?
The thing about Wesker is although he had the power to kill all of his opponents within seconds of their arrivals, he always toyed with them and eventually got BFR'd or temporarily killed before he could do the deed.
Wesker should win but he won't if he couldn't kill Chris and Jill due to huge ego.
I also see Parker adjusting to Wesker's flashsteps and method of movement, webbing up the corridors and eventually catching Wesker and entangling him.

Does Parker have basic knowledge of Wesker as well?
Parker loves reading those Avengers Files on criminals. Actually he tends to be the most learned one.
Considering rules tend to enforce it anyways.
In a close environment like school classrooms and hallways. I see Parker Webbing the crap out of areas in front and around him quickly.
Once Wesker is ensnared Parker webs him up completely.
And those mid air twirls Wesker loves to do to avoid bullets would screw him up good.

CIS is character induced stupidity. Where as PIS is bs that happens due to the plot needing it, CIS is the characters own personality and/or fighting style which means he'll fight in a certain way or use his abilities as shown instead of maximum potential. CIS is the character themselves fighting as they always do, with it off it's more so their powers and abilities.
