Not a good vid of Tong-po though, makes him look weak. Anyway, Chong-Li is definitely more skilled, whereas Tong-po is tougher and looks to be the harder hitter. This fight could swing either way but I'd place my money on Tong-po for no other reason than because he's a bigger badass.
Tong Po wins this fight due to the fact he appeared in multiple films.
Crappy films but regardless he has more feats.
Chong Li killed guys in the Kumite and resorted to throwing dust in Frank Dux's eyes...so what. He lost.
Tong Po not only eventually murdered the crippled brother from Kickboxer 1 but Van Damme's character as well!
And haunted the 3rd brother from Kickboxer for years until they had a standoff. The brother winning in respectful combat.
But did Tong Po give up? No. He framed the 3rd brother and put him in prison whilst he kidnapped his wife and raped her for years.
The brother eventually got released through the DEA to enter the bastard's martial arts tournament and capture him. But he still escaped in defeat.
Tong Po makes Chong Li look like an amateur in evil.
