 Cool what's the name of this movie?

Im looking for the name of a movie I saw about a pot dealer whose friends think he is dead after jumping out a window while running from a guy he owed money to. His friends drag him to a park, wrapped in a rug and put him in the fire pit, but he isnt dead.

It is probably a 90s flick. I remember the dealer kid was a total jerk. ,
