Gotham Halloween bash

It's Halloween and Gotham city has been threatened with utter destruction With a goblin killing spree. Batman can call any 5 Gotham based heroes or frequent visitors/former residence. If he needs only one or two ppl for backup then do that instead of overkill if you view it that way.

The goblins attacking..
Green Goblin/Osborne
HobGoblin
HobGoblin/Phil Urich
DemoGoblin
Green Goblin/Ultimate Osborne
Menace

How does this play out? Do the goblins destroy Gotham? What would batman need if he can't win with 5 allies.
