KMC Forums - What's this movie?

Ok so theres this family (i dont remember if there was kids) and they move to this big house out of town. The husband finds teeth of the children who were at the house previously, in the ground, and does a little research. While he is figuring out that the family was murdered, the guy who murdered him went into the forest with the husband and wife. The axe man fought with the husband, and the wife fell down a well. In the well was the dead bodies of the previous family which the axe man had killed. Eventually the husband gets the wife out of the well, and the axe man, the husband and the wife are on the roof of the house. The axe man was going to kill them, but the wife did something with a rope and he fell through the glass and down the two story house. He died.

I don't remember this movie, can someone please name it for me?
